Data we collect

The site runs with no account and no public database. The only personal data we receive comes from the contact and membership form:

• your name and email address (required);
• your specialty or profile and your message (as you choose to fill them in);
• a CV, only if you attach one to a membership request;
• your IP address, used solely for the form's anti-bot verification.

What we do with it

This information is used only to answer your message and to handle membership, involvement, or partnership requests.

The form stores nothing in a database: your message is emailed to the STPO secretariat and kept in that inbox for as long as needed to handle your request.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or shared. It is accessible to the STPO secretariat and may pass through the technical providers strictly needed to host the site and deliver emails.

Consent and legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, collected via the form's checkbox before anything is sent. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

The site collects no health data or other sensitive data. Please do not include medical information in your messages.

Your rights

Under Organic Law no. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to, and delete the data concerning you.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact.stpo@gmail.com. The National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) is the reference authority in Tunisia.

The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Only strictly technical cookies (security, functionality) may be set. Embedded videos load their own cookies only when you start playback.
